Jim Turner

Jim Turner has extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors. Starting as a Radar Intercept Officer with Strike Fighter Squadron 213 Blacklions, Jim operated advanced weaponry and managed various systems in combat environments. As a Requirements Officer and Flag Aide at the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Jim was responsible for a $1 billion budget related to Navy training ranges. Transitioning to Booz Allen Hamilton, Jim contributed to the management of strategy, finance, and personnel for the US federal government. Currently serving as Associate Director at Deloitte, Jim focuses on transforming public sector organizations to build future-ready workforces and cultures. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance and Management from the University of Maryland, a BA in Economics from Rhodes College, and a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from Georgetown University.
