Joanne Kleanthous

Joanne Kleanthous has extensive experience in recruitment and talent management, beginning with a placement in HR at BP and progressing through a Senior Recruiting Officer role at Arthur Andersen, where over 650 graduates were recruited annually. At Mercer, Joanne served as Graduate Recruitment Manager, overseeing the recruitment of approximately 80 graduates and 30 summer interns yearly. Later, at Coventry University, Joanne held the positions of Associate Director Student Talent and Head of Employability Support, successfully implementing strategies to enhance graduate employability and establishing a team of 15 staff members. Currently, Joanne works at Deloitte as Early Careers - Engagement and Campaign Lead. Joanne holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and Management with distinction from Coventry University, a BSc(Hons) in Managerial & Administrative Studies from Aston University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of Westminster.
