Joanne Tay

Joanne Tay is a public policy consultant specializing in economic analysis and policy strategy. They have previously worked as an Associate Economist at Bank Negara Malaysia, where they researched economic issues in major economies and prepared communication briefs for international meetings. Joanne advanced to roles as Senior Economist and Manager, leading the Commodities unit to forecast energy prices and collaborate on policy strategies. Most recently, they served as Health Economics and Program Evaluation Manager at Deloitte, where they focused on program evaluations and assessments related to health and well-being services.
