Jocelyn Williams is an experienced strategy and delivery manager currently working at Deloitte in the Major Programmes, Public Sector division, where they help improve government services and social impact. With a career spanning over 12 years, they have a proven track record of managing complex public sector programmes funded by the UK Government and European Union. Jocelyn previously held positions such as Country Director for China at The Leprosy Mission International and Business Development Lead at GeoPoll, showcasing their expertise in program design and capacity building. They earned a Master’s Degree in International Development and Business from the University of East Anglia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Medieval and Modern History from The University of Birmingham.
