With over nine years in Business Consulting and Advisory services, Jocelyne has gained extensive experience in project management and process optimization across various sectors, including public sector and banking. They hold certifications as a LeanSixSigma Black Belt and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, having previously managed the design and implementation of the Information Security Management System at Deloitte. Their educational background includes a Master's degree in International Project Management from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Université Robert Schuman.
