Jodi Aleck is an experienced learning and development professional with over 25 years of expertise in performance improvement strategy, leadership development, and instructional design. Currently serving as the Learning & Development Manager for US Reputation & Compliance Learning at Deloitte, Jodi manages projects and designs instructional content for the Deloitte Leadership Academy. Prior experience includes roles as a Talent Development Consultant at St. Charles Consulting Group and Owner/President of Aleck Consulting, Inc., where customized learning solutions were developed. Additional experience includes serving as an Instructional Design Consultant and Project Manager at the College of American Pathologists and as a Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen, focusing on learning strategy and curriculum development.
