Joe Darby

Joe Darby is an Assurance Director and leader of the Midlands Assurance Hub at Deloitte LLP. They have an extensive background in audit and assurance, having led audits for large, complex private and public companies, and advising clients on exit events and IPOs on the London Stock Exchange. Joe's experience includes various roles at Deloitte and a brief tenure as a Corporate Auditor at Jaguar Land Rover. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Sussex and an ACA in Accounting and Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Joe's key interests lie in assisting companies undergoing disruption, including acquisitions and corporate governance improvements.
