Joe M is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Strategy & Transformation team, specializing in Operating Model design and digital transformation for public sector clients. Prior to joining Deloitte, Joe served as an Assistant Director at the UK Home Office, where they led teams focused on analytics and strategic planning. Joe began their career in the Civil Service Fast Stream, where they completed several challenging roles across multiple government organizations. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Politics from the University of Sheffield and are currently pursuing a Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business from ICAEW.
