John Erik Eikland

John Erik Eikland is the Head of Organization & Work Transformation in Norway at Deloitte, where they lead a team of approximately 50 FTEs specializing in Change Management, Organizational Design, and Leadership. Previously, Eikland spent six years at Deloitte Denmark and nearly two years at Deloitte Tohmatsu Japan, working extensively on global business transformations. Their expertise includes senior leadership alignment and the human aspects of AI, contributing to thought leadership publications on these subjects since 2023. Eikland holds multiple degrees in Economics and Business Administration, having studied at institutions such as Copenhagen Business School and the University of Michigan.
