John Gower

John Gower is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human capital management and transformation. Currently serving as the National Lead Partner of Deloitte Australia's Workday HCM practice since October 2014, John leads a team of over 70 consultants, establishing the practice as the top Workday Systems Integrator in Australia. Previously, as the Head of Global HR Transformation at ANZ from January 2011 to October 2014, John oversaw the standardization and automation of HR processes for 55,000 employees across 32 countries. John's career also includes significant roles at IBM Australia, PwC, and Deloitte Consulting, where John specialized in HR consulting and business transformation. John holds a Diploma of HR from Monash University, a Certified Project Director designation from the Institute of Project Management, and completed the CPA Program at CPA Australia, along with a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy from Queensland University of Technology.
