John Rampulla

John Rampulla is a transformation-focused leader with over 21 years of advisory and implementation experience in the Government and Public Services sector at Deloitte Consulting. Currently serving as a Managing Director, they lead strategic advisory and transformation projects, specializing in business transformation, change management, and operations improvement for state government and higher education clients. Previously, Rampulla served as a JAG officer in the United States Army Reserve, providing legal counsel and support to commands and soldiers over 23 years. They hold a JD from Syracuse University College of Law and an MPA from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.
