John Strother

John Strother currently serves as a manager in Deloitte's Modeling Advisory Practice, where they focus on enhancing financial modeling capabilities for multi-billion-dollar companies. They lead the technical delivery of a hybrid modeling approach that combines Excel with cloud-based tools like SQL and PowerBI. Previously, John held various roles, including as a consulting intern at Portfolio Decisions and 3esi-Enersight, where they contributed to financial forecasting and risk assessment projects. An alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin, John earned a Master in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Finance. In their free time, John enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and photography, while actively supporting conservation efforts.
