Jonathan Calabrese

Jonathan Calabrese is the Vice Chair at Deloitte Canada, bringing two decades of experience in public accounting and business advisory services. They specialize in transaction-related services and have significant expertise in the energy and utilities sector, focusing on M&A strategy, transaction diligence, and financial advisory. Jonathan has held leadership roles in IFRS conversion assignments and has participated in numerous major engagements, including sell-side diligence and corporate finance strategy. They are an active member of several national committees at Deloitte and frequently speak on M&A and complex accounting topics at various industry events. Jonathan is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Economics at the University of New Brunswick.
