Jonathon Sorge

Jonathon Sorge is a change-oriented leader with over 14 years of experience in higher education and consulting. Currently serving as a Consulting Manager at Deloitte, Jonathon leads change management activities and training efforts for large multi-campus institutions. Previously, Jonathon held the position of Director of Special Events at American University, where they designed and executed major events for the university president and managed logistics for Board of Trustees meetings. Jonathon also has extensive expertise in student affairs, development, and alumni relations, fostering relationships with diverse stakeholders to drive organizational change and equity-driven practices.
