Joseph Walker is a Principal at Deloitte Consulting with over twenty years of human resources consulting experience, specializing in all aspects of the Human Resources life cycle during mergers and acquisitions. Currently, they advise on global transactions, bringing expertise in HR M&A related due diligence, transaction execution, and integration. Previously, as a Senior Manager and other roles at Deloitte, they led teams to enhance the M&A process through comprehensive due diligence and talent retention strategies. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Actuarial Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
