Joy Bulen

Joy Bulen has a diverse professional background in program management and consulting, with experience in organizations such as the Japanese American Service Committee and Deloitte. Bulen began as an Admissions Counselor at Truman State University before advancing to roles in federal consulting, including positions as Program Manager, Analyst, and Senior Associate Analyst. Bulen holds a Master's degree in International Relations from The University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Psychology from Truman State University. Currently, Bulen serves as a Manager in the Strategy and Analytics practice at Deloitte.
