JP Lythcke, CPA, is currently an Advisory Senior Manager in the M&A practice at Deloitte, focusing on M&A transaction services. They began their career as an Illinois Student Admissions Representative at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and later interned as a Risk Consultant at Crowe Horwath LLP. JP gained extensive experience in external audit while working as an Assurance Intern, Assurance Staff, Assurance Senior, and Assurance Manager at EY from 2015 to 2021. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Master of Accounting Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
