Juli Cara

Juli Cara is a Senior Manager at Deloitte in the Government and Public Services sector. They previously held positions at AECOM as a Market Specialist in International Economics from 2008 to 2013 and served as a Senior Consultant for the International Finance Corporation's Investment Climate Advisory Services from 2013 to 2014. Juli also contributed to the World Economic Forum as a Strategy and Blended Finance Manager from 2015 to 2016, and worked at Deloitte as a Manager in Infrastructure and Economic Development before advancing to Senior Manager of Strategy and Transactions. Juli holds an M.A. in International Development and Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and is currently pursuing a B.S. in Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
