Julia Schaefer

Julia Schaefer is currently a Recruitment Manager for Tax & Legal at Deloitte Nederland. They have a diverse background in human resources, having served as an HR advisor at De Leystroom, where they oversaw the entire HR department and advised management on HR policies. Julia also held several roles at Deloitte between 2019 and 2022, including Teamlead of the Recruitment Coordination Team and Senior Corporate Recruiter. They gained valuable experience through internships and a teaching position in English while studying for their Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resource Management and a Post HBO in Labor Law.
