Julius Tapper

Julius Tapper is a UX and innovation leader with 15 years of experience at the intersection of business, society, culture, and technology. They have served as a trusted advisor to Fortune 100 executives and have played key roles in designing customer strategies and solutions across various industries. Currently, Julius co-leads the UX research community at Deloitte Digital, where they also contribute to the development of GenAI tools and an inclusive design methodology. Their educational background includes an MPA from Harvard, an MBA from MIT, and a Bachelor's from the University of Toronto. Outside of their professional endeavors, Julius is active on the board of directors at MacDowell and enjoys spending time with family and friends in Brooklyn.
