Junior Eale

Junior Eale is the Deputy IT Manager at Deloitte DRC, where they have served since July 2016 as the local IT correspondent, managing the implementation of the firm's technology policy and overseeing various IT projects. Prior to their role at Deloitte, Junior worked as an IT Consultant at FENX from 2012 to 2013, focusing on application deployment, ERP integration, mobile application development, and network infrastructure management. Junior also gained experience as an Informaticien at ARNO SPRL between 2014 and 2015, where they administered database applications for billing and payroll. They hold a Licence in Computer Science from the Université de Kinshasa, which they earned from 2006 to 2011.
