Justin Yu

Justin Yu has built a robust career in tax management with extensive experience in international tax services since entering the field in 2007. Notable roles include Tax Manager at Mazars in Shanghai, where complex services such as tax due diligence and treaty applications were provided. As a Senior Consultant at CTAC Group, Justin specialized in transfer pricing and corporate tax practices. Subsequent positions at Deloitte included a significant US secondment, where Justin advised North American companies on tax issues related to investments in China and later focused on international tax, M&A, and compliance in the Shanghai office. Justin holds a Master of Laws in International Tax Law from Leiden University and a Bachelor’s degree in Taxation from Central University of Finance and Economics.
