Jutta Steiner

Jutta Steiner possesses extensive experience in talent management and learning development, having held various leadership roles at Deloitte and AXA. At Deloitte from June 2014 to May 2020, Jutta managed talent and learning initiatives, including serving as Associate Manager in Talent Management and taking on responsibilities in program management and onboarding. Jutta's earlier experience includes roles in human resources and marketing at AXA. Academically, Jutta earned a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Universität Hamburg and furthered qualifications with a certification as a Systemic Business Coach from Calumis Akademie, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Düsseldorf and a minor in Economics from Utrecht University.
