With over 15 years of experience, Kamilah has held various roles, including Consultant at BearingPoint and Manager at Deloitte, where they focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, as well as employee engagement initiatives. Kamilah earned a Master's degree from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree from Atlantic Union College. Currently, Kamilah leads workforce analysis and survey research at Deloitte, helping clients leverage data for informed decision-making.
