Kane Wai

Kane Wai is a Specialist Master and Agile Coach at Deloitte, where they lead large-scale Agile transformations and project management office projects. With over 26 years of management and consulting experience, Kane began their career supporting NASA Manned Space Flight operations and has since held various roles in top organizations such as Hitachi Consulting and Accenture. Kane is a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe 5) Agilist, and previously served as Vice President of Programs for the Dallas Chapter of the Project Management Institute. They are also a sought-after speaker, having delivered keynote presentations at multiple PMI events and serve as a certified classroom instructor at Deloitte University. Kane earned an MBA from the University of Houston - Clear Lake and a BS from Texas A&M University.
