Karim Adham

Karim Adham has over a decade of experience in engineering and management roles across various sectors, including oil and gas, consulting, and organizational development. Starting as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Crown Home Consultants, Karim advanced to significant project management positions, including Associate at A.T. Kearney and Field Engineer at Weatherford. Notably, as Product Line Manager at Weatherford, Karim transformed a loss-making unit into a profitable one, achieving a 500% growth rate within two years. Following a successful tenure at Mercer as Engagement Manager and Principal, Karim currently serves as Director in the Organization and Workforce Transformation Practice at Deloitte. Karim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Benha University and an MBA from IMD Business School.
