Kate Hipwell

Kate Hipwell is a Managing Director in Strategy & Transactions at Deloitte. They have held various roles in public service and consulting, including positions as Project Manager at The Home Office and Governance Adviser for the Rwanda Project with the Tony Blair Africa Governance Initiative. Their experience spans leadership roles at the UK Border Agency and SOCA, and they were a Regional Director at the UK Home Office from 2012 to 2015. Kate earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and holds degrees from Universite de Caen and The Manchester Metropolitan University.
