Katherine Keller

Katherine Keller is an Operations Leader at Deloitte, where since June 2023, they have been building and leading Operations structures and processes for one of the firm's largest Pursuit Centers of Excellence. With 25 years of experience at Deloitte, Katherine focuses on enhancing win rates through improved processes and targeted communications while also championing culture initiatives and developing talent across teams. They have previously held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Pursuit Senior Manager and National Advisory Pursuit Management Leader. Katherine is currently pursuing a BA in Literature at Hendrix College, alongside studies at the University of Oxford and coursework in American Literature at the University of Mississippi.
