Kathy Scherer

Kathy Scherer is the Managing Partner at Deloitte US in the Chicago office, where they oversee more than 5,800 professionals and drive the local practice's strategy for growth, client service, talent, and community involvement. With over 30 years of experience, Kathy has held multiple leadership roles, including Central Region Tax Managing Partner and Global Business Tax Leader. Kathy is dedicated to advancing women in the workplace and serves as board president for the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana while also being treasurer of Junior Achievement of Chicago. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
