Kathy Woods is a Deloitte Partner and National Lead for Workforce Transformation, where they focus on developing strategies to help organizations cultivate future-ready and resilient workforces. They previously served as Managing Director at MICA Consulting Group, where they significantly grew the consulting business in Toronto. Kathy held notable roles at Korn Ferry, including Global VP of Talent Management, and progressed from staff consultant to Associate Partner during their tenure at Accenture. They earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
