Katrin Grashof

Katrin Grashof is a Consultant at Deloitte Sustainability & Climate, where they focus on sustainability consulting and thought leadership. Previously, they served as a Business Analyst at Deloitte and a Junior Consultant at ELFIN Consulting GmbH, supporting projects related to smallholder farmer training, food value chain management, and digital farming. Prior to that, Katrin worked as a Projektassistentin at ELFIN GmbH, where they developed a company-wide management reporting system and facilitated the introduction of new HR software. Katrin earned a Bachelor of Arts in General Management International Track from EUFH Europäische Fachhochschule and a Master's degree in Sustainability Science, Policy and Society from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics, graduating cum laude.
