Kay Benesh is a board member of The CME Group and FiberLight, a private equity investment of Morrison & Co. A retired Audit Partner from Deloitte with 40 years of experience, Kay led significant audits across various industries and focused on US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting. Kay also drove innovation and transformation initiatives within the firm, emphasizing cloud technologies and data-driven applications. In addition to previous leadership roles, Kay chaired the board of Marygrove College during its transition to a Conservancy, enhancing community educational resources. Currently, Kay serves as a Deloitte Retired Partner and is active in community service projects in Detroit and New York.
