Ken Gerstel

Ken Gerstel is a Partner at Deloitte Tax LLP, specializing in corporate tax advisory services including Mergers and Acquisitions, Internal Reorganizations, and planning for troubled corporations. They previously served as a Tax Manager and Senior Manager at Deloitte from 2002 to 2008, prior to which they were part of Arthur Andersen LLP from 1997 to 2002.
