Kenneth Stoops

Kenneth Stoops is the Managing Director in the Multistate Tax Services practice at Deloitte Tax LLP, where they have been influential since 1996 and have served as the Pennsylvania and Delaware State Tax Desk leader since 2003. Prior to their current role, Kenneth held various positions, including Senior Manager and Manager, at Deloitte. They also worked as a Tax Manager at BDO USA, LLP and a Supervisor at Wagner Sharer & Co. Kenneth earned a BS in Accounting from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-Camden and completed their MST program in Taxation at Widener University.
