Keyanna Conner

Keyanna Conner is a Managing Director in Deloitte's Government and Public Services practice, where they lead efforts to modernize operating models and technology for state and local government clients. Previously, Keyanna served as the Secretary of Administration for the Commonwealth of Virginia, overseeing transformative initiatives in HR, IT, General Services, and Data Sharing and Analytics. They also held positions as Political Director for Mark Warner for Virginia and Director of Government and Community Affairs in the United States Senate. Keyanna's academic background includes a graduate research and instructional role at Virginia Commonwealth University, where they studied from 2006 to 2015.
