Kolven Wi is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting SEA, specializing in Change Management and Digital Transformation projects. They have a diverse background that includes roles at creative agencies and multinational corporations across Switzerland, the USA, and SEA. Previously, Kolven worked as a Communications Specialist at DKSH and held positions in management and corporate relations at AIESEC. Kolven is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner with training in Agile and Design Thinking methodologies. They earned a degree in Translation and Interpretation from University Sains Malaysia and completed a part-time Visual Design Course at MaGIC Academy.
