Kyle Forrest is the U.S. Future of HR leader at Deloitte Consulting LLP, where they collaborate with HR and business leaders to design the future of the HR function, driving both business and human outcomes. As a Chief Marketing Officer in Human Capital, they focus on identifying emerging trends and developing research-backed strategies for clients. Kyle is also a board member at Ready, Set, Read!, supporting underserved families in building literacy skills. They earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, where they held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Social Events and Director of Special Events.
