Lafras Eksteen

Lafras Eksteen is a Consulting Actuary and senior manager in Deloitte’s life insurance actuarial practice, bringing over 10 years of experience in the South African industry. With a strong focus on regulatory and supervisory work, Lafras has developed expertise in prudential regulatory requirements (SAM) and has collaborated with a diverse range of insurers. Prior to this role, Lafras served as a part-time lecturer at the University of Pretoria, teaching actuarial subjects. Lafras holds both a BSc and a BSc (Hons) in Actuarial Science from the same institution.
