Laura Richards is a Sustainability Talent Leader dedicated to coaching business leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators worldwide. They founded Business Innovations for Good in 2016, providing multidisciplinary training to aspiring entrepreneurs in East Africa to advance sustainable business practices. Previously, Laura managed an inpatient facility for foster youth, where they led a team of Behavior Specialists and collaborated on individualized treatment plans. Additionally, Laura has held various educational roles, including as a Bilingual Educator and Early Education Youth Leader, and earned advanced degrees in business and public affairs from The University of Texas at Austin. Laura is currently pursuing a Certificate in Sustainability at MIT Sloan School of Management.
