Lauren (Bertschy) Mann possesses diverse experience in organizational effectiveness and program management, beginning with a role as a Technology Adoption Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 2006 to 2010. Following that, Lauren served as a Program Manager for Merger Integration at United Airlines from 2011 to 2015, and briefly as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at BPI group in 2011. Recently, Lauren took on the role of Managing Director in August 2024 at Deloitte, after holding the position of Consulting Senior Manager. Lauren holds a Master’s degree from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
