Lay Boon Tan is a Swiss assurance leader and global lead client service partner with over 20 years of professional experience in advising senior leaders across multiple jurisdictions, including Europe, Asia Pacific, Australia, and Latin America. Having started their career in Australia, Lay has spent over a decade in Switzerland, where they currently serve as the Assurance Leader at Deloitte. As the leader of the Chinese Services Group in Switzerland, Lay leverages strong relationships to create impactful opportunities for clients. Recognized for their hands-on approach and deep expertise in governance, reporting, and sustainability, Lay has been involved in significant audit engagements and corporate transactions throughout their career. Outside of their professional pursuits, Lay enjoys spending time with their family amidst the scenic landscapes of Switzerland.
