Lea Willers

Lea Willers is a Senior Consultant in Sustainability & Climate at Deloitte, where they focus on ESG reporting and steering. They previously held roles in financial controlling, controlling and internal audit at Global Savings Group, and also worked as a Treasury Intern at Henkel, managing customer credit ratings and assisting in tax audits. Lea has contributed to academia as a Junior Lecturer and Programme Committee Member at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics, co-designing programs and advising on educational policies.
