Lidia Cygan has extensive experience in operations and consulting within prominent firms. Lidia served as the iCCM Command Center lead at Capgemini from November 2013 to June 2019, followed by the role of Command Center Lead at Elevate Services from July 2019 to July 2021. Lidia progressed to Associate Director and subsequently Director of Consulting Operations and Strategic Account Management at Elevate from July 2021 to November 2021. Currently, Lidia holds the position of Manager at Deloitte since January 2023. Lidia earned a Magister (Mgr) degree in Natural Resource Recreation and Tourism from Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego im. Bronisława Czecha w Krakowie between 2004 and 2009.
