Lidia Iskra is a seasoned professional with a strong background in recruitment and learning and development. Lidia began her career as an Intern at Randstad Polska, where responsibilities included supporting recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, and creating job advertisements. Lidia advanced to the role of Recruiter at Randstad Polska, handling in-house services, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and preparing HR-related documents. In March 2022, Lidia joined Deloitte, where roles included L&D Coordinator and L&D Associate Manager, ultimately serving as L&D Senior Coordinator with responsibilities for coordinating learning projects across Central Europe, including budgeting and planning.
