Lilian Cha

Lilian Cha is a Senior Manager in Global Investment & Innovation Incentives at Deloitte Australia, where they assist companies in funding innovation and growth through the R&D Tax Incentive and government grants. Previously, Lilian worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Telethon Kids Institute, coordinating clinical trials, and as a Research Officer at the Institute for Respiratory Health, developing assays for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. They gained earlier experience as a Consultant at EY and a Senior Analyst at Deloitte. Lilian holds a PhD in Immunology and a Bachelor's degree in Pathology, both from The University of Western Australia.
