Lilly J. holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Sciences from the University of Cape Town and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Public Policy for Africa's Development at the Thabo Mbeki African Leadership Institute. Starting in 2013, Lilly was selected for IBM’s Global Business Services, progressing through various roles and ultimately serving as a Project Manager from 2017 to 2021. In 2021, they transitioned to Deloitte Consulting, where they currently serve as Chief of Staff to the Managing Partner for Africa Financial Advisory and as a Senior Manager in Energy, Resources, and Industrials. With nearly a decade of experience, Lilly has been recognized for strong leadership and successful delivery of strategic projects for industry-leading clients.
