Linzi Wright

Linzi Wright is a CIPD qualified Senior HR Business Partner with extensive experience in human resources, including managing the wind down of global operations while enhancing employee engagement. They began their career as an HR Generalist at EICC and progressed through various roles at RBS and Xerox Services, where they led a team and facilitated significant HR transitions. Currently, Linzi serves in a senior HR role at Deloitte, building on their rich educational background with a Master’s in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s in Business Management with Law from Edinburgh Napier University.
