Lisa Branson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy, business development, and financial services. Currently serving as Partner and Director at Deloitte since November 2020, Lisa previously held key roles at Aldermore Bank PLC, where significant achievements included enhancing the mortgage application journey and initiating a culture change program. Prior to that, at Barclays UK, Lisa held multiple managing director positions, overseeing strategy and transformation initiatives for Personal Banking and leading innovative partnerships. Earlier roles include positions at PwC, Royal Bank of Scotland, and several consulting firms, culminating in a robust career trajectory that began with a degree in Geography from the University of Cambridge.
