Lisa Opperman

Lisa Opperman is the Manager of Change Management at Deloitte Nederland, having previously held the position of Senior Change Management Consultant at the same organization. They worked as an HR Officer at Rizzani de Eccher, where they developed HR strategies for the Netherlands branch and executed various HR operations. Lisa also gained experience at Philips as a Regional Learning Delivery Specialist and an Enablement & Activation Benelux Intern, focusing on learning and development initiatives.
