Lloyd Vaz

Lloyd Vaz is an experienced geophysicist and consultant with a strong background in Earth Sciences. Notable positions include serving as a Geophysicist at Schlumberger from January 2020 to August 2022, and as a Project Geologist at SLR Consulting overseeing the Irish Petroleum Infrastructure Programme. Lloyd has also contributed as a postgraduate researcher at iCRAG, focusing on the Northern Carnarvon Basin's structural evolution, and led a research project for Tullow Oil examining sand injectite prospects in Uruguay. Additional expertise includes roles as a consultant at Praxis Technologies and a recent position as an AI & Data Consultant at Deloitte, progressing to a managerial role. Lloyd holds a Master’s degree in Petroleum Geoscience with First Class Honours from University College Dublin and multiple degrees in Geology/Earth Science from St. Xavier's College.
